The excellent quality and finish I have come to expect from ROSarms. Nice bonus is the lightest weight I have personally seen on a knife of this size because of the birchbark handle. The company, Russian Knives.com is very prompt in sending orders out!
I bought my first TRC South Pole a few weeks ago. I really like it! When I happened to see TRC Apocalypse knife in stock again about two weeks ago I bought it without any hesitation. If you are looking for a knife with longer blade this is the one for you! Highly recommended!
People have postulated that this knife gets its name because it's what you would want going into the apocalypse. I think an equally valid view is that this is the kind of fierce beast one would expect to see during the end times. Stout, sharp and really amazing attention to detail. This thing is a beast for sure.
Beautiful classic design and build. This knife came sharp, but with a little honing and stropping, it is scary wicked sharp. I can see making this an every day carry!
The convair is a pretty cool tactical folder , handle bevels and blade geometry give this knife easy to hold and use . However ,i found the lock up on the liner lock did not engage enough to gjve full confidence jn some critical uses . All in all though it is a very nice design .
Perfect for both heavy duty and precision bushcraft.
An excellent quality and functionality all purpose knife. Love it! Nice job!
It's a great EDC option in terms of size. Yet it feels bigger than it is in hand. The blade does everything you can throw at it and excels at slicing and cutting tasks. Fit and finish are what you expect from TRC. Flawless!
Have to say dealing with these gentlemen was a pleasure.I ordered a TRC Classic Freedom and it arrived in two days. Fit and finish impeccable, the sales and service just as good. A pleasure doing business with Russian Knives, looking forward to my next purchase. Thanks again!
Before I pulled the trigger I compared TRC South Pole knife with other brands. I found with the money TRC Knife is best choice for me. Hold the knife in hand I can feel the quality and it is very sharp right out of the box. I will buy another TRC knife with longer blade.
Very good quality! Top customer service! I will definitely buy more from Russian knifes.
The K1 is an awesome little fixed blade. Fit and finish is next lever and attention to detail unmatched. Customer service from Russian Knives is amazing, they make you feel like every purchase is extremely important to them personally. I will be buying from them again.
Great knife, the workmanship is exceptional from the handle to the blade finish to de leather sheath, and is extremely sharp. Great knife maker and great seller, will definitely buy from you guys again.
Excellent box and presentation of the knife. The first thing you notice is the fit and finish and amazing attention to detail in the design of the knife where you can feel when you hold it that no corners were cut. Spine is rounded where it should be rounded, not overly aggressive on the gimping, functional swedge for batoning and bolstering of the tip. They say you should never use a knife for prying, but if you did, it would be this one, it’s heavily reinforced. Sharp right out of the box, and comes with a nice kydex sheath. I’m very happy with this purchase. This knife feels the same way a Carothers Performance knife feels in hand. You can just feel the quality in it, except you can actually get ahold of these!
Very well done well made and sharp blade. Very good service all around. Will buy from Russian Knives again.
