RETURNS and REFUNDS

Our goal is to provide the best possible service and we want you to love your RussianKnives.com experience, and so we accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been altered, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.

We have two forms of refunds:

a) RussianKnives.com Store Credit with free return shipping, or
b) A refund to the original form of payment (less any shipping fees). We can provide a shipping label to get the item back to us.  Once we receive the item we will issue a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label. Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging may incur additional fees. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping for the initial order.

NOTE: if the item had a manufacturing defect, we will refund the shipping cost and will pay for the return.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Very easy. Please CONTACT US and provide the following information: order number, name on the order, and billing address.

 

RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed by our support team.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we inspect your return and then refund you. We strive to process and refund your return within 5 days. Considering return shipping and processing time, the whole return process can take 1-2 weeks in total for USA orders and 3-8 weeks for International.

After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process.

Refunds to RussianKnives.com Store Credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.

ALTERED, USED, OR DAMAGED GOODS

Items that have been worn or used are NOT eligible for returns of any kind.

CONSIGNMENT ITEM RETURN

All consignment items are not returnable and not refundable. We are always trying our best on taking all possible pictures and providing the most accurate description of the defects or imperfections.
