Tactic BO is a new custom knife by DED knives, made by a very talented Russian knife maker - Gennadiy Dedyukhin. All Ded knives are beautiful, perfectly made and very functional at the same time. Gennadiy has unbelievable attention to details which you can see in all parts of this beautiful knife.

Tactic BO is a universal knife suitable for EDC (EveryDay Carry) or any outdoor activities you may like. The knife has a beautiful drop point flat grind blade made of premium M390 steel and ergonomic Micarta handle.

Tactic BO comes with two handle options: Sculptured or Smooth. Both of them just awesome and made to perfection by Gennadiy. They also have small length differences due to the different handcrafted handles. See the Specs chart below for details.

The knife comes with a solid and tough Kydex leather sheath.

As Perfect as a Knife and Sheath Can Be...

This DED Tactic BO is the best combo of knife and Kydex sheath I have ever used. Together, it is a convenient, compact package that is easy on the belt (thanks to the metal belt clip, it can be put on or taken off without removing belt) and can even fit in a larger back pocket. The blade is immaculate and strong with a slightly exotic, intriguing drop point shape, a murderously sharp point and a small thumb ramp to aid pressure cuts. Blade edge was perfect. The handle has a very nice girth and shape for my medium-large hands with nicely carved jimping under the heel of the handle and on top where the gently ramped spine meets the scales. This capable workhorse also has a touch of class with the red liners and sweet mosaic pin. It is the first thing I reach for medium to long wet, snowy or dry hikes in the woods and forests of Central New York.
