We always looking for new talented knife makers with the passion and helping them to bring their product to the World.
WHAT TYPE OF KNIVES DO YOU FEATURE ON RUSSIANKNIVES.COM?
Our mission is to promote and introduce Russian knives to the World. So we are featuring knives for all needs: practical knives for Hunting, Camping and Fishing; unique and beautiful custom knives for collectors and for extreme users; unusual Wootz blades and hand-forged Damascus, Art Knives and more with only one rule in place - must be made, designed or inspired by the Russian Culture.
WHEN WILL A MODEL I LIKE BE BACK IN STOCK?
We are restocking our knives constantly! Some of the models we carry are custom or semi-custom made by very small production. We are trying hard to have all our the most poplar models always available but sometimes it is simply impossible... Some of the models will get discontinued, BUT if you feel like particular model needs to be available forever, please contact us at any time! We do value the feedback from our customers. Average restocking time on back orders for semi-custom models is 6 weeks.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as a form of payment.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
Yes. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
DOES RUSSIANKNIVES.COM CHARGE SALES TAX?
We currently charge sales tax to friends who live in Illinois. We are required by law to charge sales tax in the states where we have a physical presence.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We do shop online for our personal needs and we do want to keep shipping charge as low as possible. Please see our Shipping Policy for all current shipping charges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Stocked items usually ship within 1-2 business days, while Featured items can have a shipping delay of up to 1 week. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order ships.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! But unfortunately, you will have to be responsible for all local laws and Customs fees. Please Contact Us if you have any specific questions on International orders.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your RussianKnives.com experience, so we accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not be used, altered, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.
DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING?
At the time being we are unable to provide gift-wrapping for orders.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT MESSAGING?
We do! Once you place the item(s) in your cart and proceed to the checkout page, you will be able to enter your gift message in Note to RussianKnives.com section listed by the CHECKOUT button. Please enter the recipient name, your name and the message you would like included in the shipment. The message will be printed on the card and placed in the package.
DO YOU LIST PRICES ON THE PACKAGE SLIP?
Orders are shipped with a package slip that includes the order number and items included in the shipment. We do NOT list prices or payment information on the package slip in case the order is a gift.
DO YOU PRICE MATCH SALES FROM OTHER RETAILERS?
Sure thing! For any price match inquiries, please send a link of the sale to email@example.com and a message stating the item you are requesting to be matched. Please note the sale needs to be 100% valid and live on the retailer's site.
