Ural by Kizlyar Supreme is a new awesome tough knife with a convex grind.

Ural knife is one of the most robust in the Kizlyar Supreme line. It was originally designed as “heavy artillery” - a tool that can withstand any load and will be a reliable assistant even in the most difficult situations. This model was developed in cooperation with the experienced hunters portal Gantact.

It doesn’t matter: field conditions or summer cottages, a difficult trip, an extreme situation, or a simple hike with a picnic - Ural will confidently do its job.

The blade is full Convex grind blade, 5mm thick. For woodwork, a convex grind is the best geometry according to many Bushcrafters. At the same time, the knife can easily work for the camp kitchen, hunting needs, or with the preparation of firewood.

The ergonomic G10 handle fits perfectly into the hand and completely protects the fingers from slipping onto the cutting edge. Work with a knife is easy and confident.

The thick leather sheath is equipped with a double suspension, which consists of a rigid and free loop.

A separate strap additionally fixes the handle, so that the knife is guaranteed to remain in the sheath even while running or when moving in a dense shrub.

Good product.

After receiving this knife in the mail, I was very pleased with its construction, quality, finish, and price. Very sturdy. Very thick, but not overly so for the length of the knife. The blade is neither too long nor too short to be unwieldy for camp knife purposes. The tang is full length and somewhat skeletonized for more even weight distribution. The G-10 handles are rather grippy and feel solid in the hand, even a clammy hand like mine. The convex edge geometry is truly flawless and tapers beautifully along the entire blade. Never yet purchased knife made from sleipner but quite pleased with the edge retention and corrosion resistance for a non-stainless steel. I don't know how they can offer such quality at the current price and turn a profit on it but there you go.

Ural Kizlyar Supreme

The Ural completes a trio of knives from KS. I now have the Bushcraft blade I've been searching. Incredibly sharp. Awesome feel. A must have in my opinion. KS continues to deliver on quality . Russian Knives overall service far exceeded my expectations. Continued contact and added CS make them the go to for all my future purchases. And there will be many!
