Newbie is a new custom knife by DED knives, made by a very talented Russian knife maker - Gennadiy Dedyukhin. All Ded knives are beautiful, perfectly made, and very functional at the same time. Gennadiy has unbelievable attention to detail which you can see in all parts of this beautiful knife.
Newbie is a light multipurpose knife suitable for all light outdoor activities - camping, outdoor kitchen, backyard grilling, fishing. The knife has a beautiful flat grind blade made of Bohler M390 steel and an ergonomic G10 handle.
This is a perfect "slicer", and we would not recommend it for tough chopping or batoning. The knife has a "3/4-tang" construction (see pictures for details) and cuts perfectly through meat, or any other products, wood, or fish. This is a perfect fixed blade for all your outdoor trips.
This is a 100% handmade knife which will be a great addition to your collection and everyday use.
The knife comes with a custom Kydex sheath.
