Bird & Trout is an outdoor knife designed for the situation when Classic Bushcraft knife is too big and too heavy and other knives are just too small. For example - fishing for pike, walleye or other large fish, boat trips or long hunting adventures when weight of the knife is critical but high performance is needed.
Beaver Knife guys designed their own version of such knife based on their famous Canada Special bushcraft knife but with thinner smaller blade. This is an awesome slicer, great for all hunting or fishing needs - not too big, not too small, just perfect.
Bird & Trout has true 22 degree scandi grind without any "micro bevels" or "micro edges". This knife has a practical Micarta handle, with aluminum pins and comes with a beautiful Italian leather sheath. The blade is made of modern German PGK steel.
